Elfi Arkus-Duntov Grosse Pointe Woods

Elfi Arkus-Duntov at Grosse Pointe Woods

Elfi Arkus-Duntov Grosse Pointe Woods is the Michigan home stitch: a Lochmoor Boulevard letterhead in hand, later press on a Duntov Way sign, and a 2010 listing after her death. This page will not invent a sale she did not sign.

Documented

Elfi Arkus-Duntov Grosse Pointe Woods is not a claim that the National Corvette Museum owns the house story and not a claim that Chevrolet asked for a home chapter. The house research already holds a personal letterhead scan dated 27 November 1984: Zora Arkus-Duntov, Engineering Consultant, 521 Lochmoor Boulevard, Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich. 48236. That address is Documented as later home. SSDI last residence for Elfi is Grosse Pointe, ZIP 48236. Zora died 21 April 1996 as a Grosse Pointe Woods resident (Grosse Pointe News notice). Elfi died 23 October 2008. This page owns the home stitch. It does not invent a kitchen.

Duntov Way is press, not a deed

Secondary press in May 2010 (Autoweek via CorvetteBlogger and related coverage) reported the suburban Detroit home on the market after Elfi’s death, noted a corner with a Duntov Way street sign that enthusiasts treated as Mecca, and listed an asking price. Corvette Report repeated the 2010 Weichert listing figure. Bring a Trailer and later CorvetteBlogger coverage (2015) reuse the Lochmoor / Grosse Pointe Woods association and note that the 2015 listing no longer showed the Duntov Way walkway sign. Those lines are press. They are not a novel scene. This page will not invent who planted the sign, who took it down, or a neighbor dialogue.

Elfi is not named as seller

She died in 2008. The 2010 listing is after her death. The research rule for this note is explicit: Elfi is not named as seller. Do not write her signing papers. Do not invent an estate auction in the driveway. Do not collapse the Documented 521 Lochmoor letterhead with every later listing street number that secondary blogs print. Address-number variance in press stays OPEN until a deed is in hand. The letterhead number stays Documented.

Late-life public travel still runs through other doors on this site. The Malcolm Konner / Paramus June 1990 note holds ticket stubs naming both and Furman’s summers 1978–1990. Magazine mailing labels Furman showed also name Grosse Pointe. Those stitches support the Michigan home without inventing a cocktail party. The forthcoming novel is independent. It is not stocked by the museum shop.

The Konner / Furman lane also keeps the Michigan address without turning it into a showroom. Furman’s 1984 permission letter and signature samples are filed under the Malcolm Konner research memo on this project; the letterhead is why Grosse Pointe Woods is Documented as later home, not a tourist claim. Magazine mailing labels he showed name Grosse Pointe with a Designer For Corvettes title on early issues. Those labels support the home stitch. They are not a licence to invent Zora signing a stack of magazines at the kitchen table for this note. The Konner note already owns the Paramus summers. This page owns the house.

Ashes for both sit at the National Corvette Museum. That is museum geography, not a partnership claim on this site. The museum note and the Zora engineering note hold those doors. Elfi Arkus-Duntov Grosse Pointe Woods points at Lochmoor and the press on Duntov Way first.

What this page will not do

No invented floor plan. No invented Harvest Gold Corvette in the driveway as a listing prop (Burton’s Harvest Gold line lives in the quotes packet, not as a house-sale still). No phone numbers from letterhead on this site. No claim that NCM asked for this note. No claim that Autoweek is a partner. Period photographs of Elfi on this site are labelled period. Listing photographs are not used here.

Margot Dorée is writing First Lady of Corvette in that lane. North Star Publishing Group publishes. The retail title must say Corvette. Nothing here is a partnership with General Motors, Chevrolet, or the National Corvette Museum. The artefacts are labelled.

If you searched Elfi Arkus-Duntov Grosse Pointe Woods, you were looking for the Michigan home and the Duntov Way press. The letterhead is in hand. The 2010 listing is after her death. She is not named as seller. The notes index holds the rest of the labelled doors.
